All Yours Period Box C.I.C


All Yours Period Boxes are available to residents of West Berkshire, Reading, Basingstoke, Swindon, Didcot, Abingdon, Wallingford and limited surrounding areas.

Requests for a box that fall outside these areas will be fulfilled at the discretion of all Yours Period Box C.I.C

Submission of a form does not guarantee the provision of a box.


All Yours Period Boxes are subject to availability. Submission of a form does not guarantee the provision of a box.

The items provided will be dependent on stock available at the time. You can request a specific brand or item but there is no guarantee that they will be supplied.

Times of high demand may mean that the number of items in a box will be reduced in order to support as many people as possible. 

Claim Instructions 

No purchase is necessary; however, Internet connection is required. To apply for an All Yours box go to, enter your name, email and full address details on the official form, select the items you require and submit. 

All Yours boxes can be requested for the individual and members of their household. Friends or family members in another household should apply separately for an All Yours Box.

If we establish that you have been requesting All Yours Boxes for individuals outside your immediate household and have the relevant evidence then we reserve the right to disqualify you from any further All Yours Boxes and if deemed offensive or threatening then report you to the appropriate authorities.

Bulk requests made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete, multiple or illegible requests and those which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means, that person’s requests will be disqualified and any All Yours Box request will be void.


Most All Yours Boxes arrive within 7 days but at busy times it could take longer. Please allow 10 days from submitting your request for delivery of your All Yours Box. If individuals do not receive their All Yours Box 10 days after submitting or have any queries, please visit this page

All Yours Period Box C.I.C may refuse to award a sample, or seek its recovery, in the event of an entrant’s fraud, dishonesty or non-entitlement under these terms and conditions. All Yours Period Box C.I.C is not responsible or liable for: 

A) Any claims that are lost or delayed due to faulty, failed or erroneous electronic data transmissions 

B) Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion causing delays or disruption, or 

C) Claims which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason.

D) Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet

In the event of exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, All Yours Period Box C.I.C reserves the right to cancel or amend the offer or these terms and conditions at any stage but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to individuals in order to avoid undue disappointment. 

The All Yours Period Box C.I.C cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, costs, expenses or claims suffered by individuals as a result of registering for the offer or of accepting any All Yours Box. All Yours Period Box C.I.C further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to you or any other person relating to the items in the All Yours Box.

All Yours Period Box C.I.C reserves the right to substitute the offer, in part or whole, with an alternative of equal or greater value in the event of circumstances beyond its control.

The decision of All Yours Period Box C.I.C shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the offer of an All Yours Box

The offer of an All Yours Box is governed by English Law and individuals submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts. By taking part in the offer, individuals agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions governing this All Yours Box offer and by any other requirements set out in related promotional materials.

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.

If you kindly make a financial donation to us, or donate goods through our Amazon Wishlist, we will use your personal information to collect your donation and maintain a record of our supporters. Volunteer Management

Where you apply to be a volunteer with All Yours Period Box C.I.C, your personal information will be held in our central email address or Facebook messaging service.  Our lawful basis for using your personal information in this way is our legitimate interest, and where appropriate your consent.

Where you express an interest in volunteering with All Yours Period Box C.I.C, your data may be passed onto the volunteer for the area you wish to join. This information will be sent to them via their personal email address. Your personal information will then also be held by that volunteer in line with legislation and their own data protection policy.

Processing expenses

If you are a Volunteer for All Yours Period Box C.I.C we will use your personal information including your bank account details to process expense claims. Our legal basis for using your information for this is for the performance of a contract.


We process relevant personal information about existing and potential volunteers for governance purposes. This might include checks to identify any criminal and other activity we need to be aware of to ensure that we select appropriate volunteers. Our legal basis for this processing is to meet our legal obligations with the Charity Commission and Companies House.

People who request an All Yours Box

Your request is stored in a web based, password protected email account. We may contact you to establish how many people are in your household or to answer queries you raise. We may also contact you at a later to see if you require further products. We may forward your name and address to one of our volunteers to enable them to deliver your box more quickly. In this instance they will be told which period products you requested on your form. We do not sell your data and we do not pass it on to a third party without your consent.

People who donate via JustGiving

We record the name provided and the amount donated on a spreadsheet.

People sending items via Amazon wishlist

We only receive the information you put in the message field. This is photographed and added to the All Yours Facebook page in the form of a thank you. If you do not wish to be thanked, please do not include your name or any identifiable message.

People who donate cash

We record your name and the amount donated on a spreadsheet.


We hold the information you provide us with in the web based, password secured email account or the All Yours Facebook messaging service. All emails exchanged are saved in the email account under your name.

Other organisations and referrals

We hold the information provided to us with in the web based, password secured email account or the All Yours Facebook messaging service. All emails exchanged are saved in the email account under your name or organisation name.
